Within the fitness industry, the 50 and over population is under-served, under-estimated, and under-educated. Mainstream fitness targets either a younger and uninhibited crowd or a “senior” chair yoga crowd.
There’s a massively under-served population in between that’s looking for guidance, ways to regain and maintain strength and mobility without fear of injury in a fast paced class but still capable of being challenged.
The MOB began as an online mobility class during the pandemic, evolving into a thriving community of individuals aged 50 and older. Over the past three years, members have witnessed remarkable improvements in strength, mobility, and confidence, proving that age is just a number.
Our success lies in consistency, individual support, and the formation of a supportive community with shared values.
The fitness industry, the medical system, and the media frequently and unnecessarily coddle anyone with a gray hair which robs you of your agency and reduces your autonomy.
We know that strength, mobility, and agility are first-line treatment options for managing osteoarthritis, osteoperosis, menopause, falls prevention, and chronic pain and that’s exactly what we focus on inside the MOB. This is not a cookie cutter membership and you’re not just another cog in the wheel.

You must be 50 or older.
Otherwise, there are no prerequisites to join.
We have 12 LIVE 30-Minute Online Classes a Week
Classes full of practical movements and exercises designed to directly relate to you moving better in every-day life and are taught by high-caliber coaches and physical therapists who are truly invested in YOU.
You’ll Always Get Personalized Attention in Our Small Classes
Because of a 6 member limit per class for all but one class, coaches will be able to give you individual feedback as needed.
You’ll Have Your Own Membership Coach
A one on one relationship with me, Alia Bisat. This includes support via email and text during business hours, troubleshooting any physical challenges that come up in classes, and an optional monthly check-in meeting about how things are going in your membership.
