The limited number of participants, the structure of the class allow our coaches to watch and give feedback during class. Coaches, like myself in this video, give plenty of options for each exercise -- as you'll notice there is a large variety of levels even in this small class.   • Lift and Carry: explore and strengthen all the components involved in the various ways of lifting and carrying, an essential every day life movement.

  • Infinite Play with Kyle: embark on a movement exploration filled with playfulness, discovering new ways to move your body.
