Here’s exactly what you’ll get inside The MOB.

  • Monthly Membership fee
    $235 a month for unlimited access to 12 classes a week on the schedule or $140 a month for 8 classes.

  • Welcome Gift
    lacrosse ball, resistance band, and jenga blocks (yes you read that right!)

  • 12 Live Online Classes a Week
    Classes full of practical movements and exercises designed to directly relate to you moving better in every day life. See the Schedule here! As we move through 2024, expect more classes to come.

  • Personalized Attention
    Because of a 6 member limit per class for all but one class, coaches will be able to give you individual feedback as needed.

  • Your Own Membership Coach
    A one on one relationship with me, Alia Bisat. This includes support via email and text during business hours, troubleshooting any physical challenges that come up in classes, and an optional monthly check-in meeting about how things are going in your membership.

  • The MOB App
    Easy to navigate app to manage your membership, sign up for classes, and communicate with your class coaches. App will be downloadable soon!

  • Member Discounts
    Each of our coaches operates her/his own separate business, whether it’s physical therapy, movement play workshops, or strength training services. As an unlisted member, you’ll receive specified discounts to their services. Check out your member discounts here!

  • Workshops and Continuing Education
    -Check out the workshops page for an updated workshop schedule. Unlimited members will receive a 50% discount to these workshops.

Longevity Training

Strength, mobility, and agility — key components to living longer, better, and enjoying the process.

What does this really mean? It means being able to play with your grandkids and then your great grandkids: picking them up, chasing them down, and being on the ground with them.

It means carrying heavy groceries up the stairs. It means lifting your carry-on up into the overhead compartment.

It means catching yourself when you trip on the sidewalk.

You can already do these things? Great, let’s work to make sure you can do them in 20 years also.

Relationship

One-on-one support to meet your individual needs while being part of a larger community.

How is this possible? Because the classes are limited to 6 students per class; the teachers are professional and experienced movement coaches and physical therapists attentively watching your movements during class.

Aand you’ll have an assigned membership coach to support you through your membership experience.

Education

A learning environment for life long confidence in how to manage physical activity in every day life.

What education will we offer? Experienced coaches who love to educate during class so you’ll be empowered with skills for daily life, not just exercise form.

Workshops that focus on why and how to stay active when managing with things like menopause, falls prevention, arthritis, or chronic pain, and more.

A stream of resources via our app, monthly newsletter, and website to keep you engaged with up to date info about moving and aging well.
