FREE WEBINAR: The Truths About Osteoarthritis
May is Osteoarthritis Awareness month, and I'm really excited to offer a FREE webinar about the misconceptions about this condition and why there's so much HOPE for anyone who has it. I recently read an article in The New York Times about Osteoarthritis. It was great in that it covered some important points such as:
OA is a manifestation of systemic inflammation in the body rather than the result of "wear and tear"
Many people have OA changes in their joints and don't experience any pain which means the prognosis for OA isn't predetermined.
But the article, as is often the case with these things, gave little hope or proactive solutions for someone with symptomatic OA or someone interested in preventing the likelihood of OA. We need more stories like what you see in this IG video.
My free webinar will cover all of that and so much more. In one hour, we'll cover the misconceptions, the newest research, and how it's all actually good news with amazing implications for prevention and healing. While the focus is OA, this webinar will have tons to offer anyone with joint pain, chronic pain, or worry about being limited by OA in the future. If you know anyone who may benefit from hearing a hopeful perspective on this often disabling condition, please share the info!
