This is a 10min intro clip where Alia Bisat talks about the why and how slow breathing with long exhales during passive stretching can increase your flexibility. Taken from The MOB’s Restorative Stretch Class with Diana Ross Gotta on Sunday Jan. 21st 2024.

NEVER TOO LATE

Read this Washington Post news story about a 93 year old rowing champion. There are TWO important pieces of information in this amazing and inspiring story.

  1. Richard Morgan, at 93 years old, has the cardiovascular fitness and body composition of a male half his age.

  2. He STARTED rowing and resistance training at 73 years old, with no prior exercise regimen.

What does this tell us??

  1. "It shows us that the so-called 'normal' trajectories of age-related physical decline are not predestined and unavoidable." ~ Dr. Peter Attia. Being old does not equate with being weak, slow, and unfit!!

  2. It's TRULY never too late get benefit from exercise. The body has an ability to adapt regardless of your age.
