6 Week Beginner Strength Series
I hear this over and over and over again: "I know I need to maintain my muscle mass, but I need accountability and someone to watch my form."
That’s why I’m offering an Online 6 Week Beginner Strength Series for anyone 50 and over. Learn the basic form for foundational strength movements in a live small group setting. You'll automatically be enrolled in an introductory MOB membership that allows you to take an additional online class per week with one of our awesome coaches at The MOB studio (like hip mobility or deep stretch) to support your weekly training session with me. And because accountability helps consistency, and because muscle doesn't get built in only 6 sessions, a 2 month membership commitment after the series is over is highly encouraged so you actually make progress with your new strength skills.
Strength classes are 45min
