Move, Breathe, Rest

This is an online, open level yoga class is a time for you to connect with your body, your breath and your awareness through movement. Options and modifications will be offered and attendees will be encouraged to explore how to make yoga postures feel alive in their bodies. The class will end with a grounding restorative sequence and rest.

Recording will be provided to those who register.
